Snow crab
We shell the crab for ease of consumption under strict quality control. We offer both raw and boiled products, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
We also handle king crab and red snow crab (Chionoecetes japonicus).
Deep Sea Red Crab
This crab is prized for its delicate pink meat, which is very sweet and has a rich texture similar to that of hair crab.
Compared to other varieties of crab, it has a high content of amino acids, which are a source of umami. Its fibers do not shrink easily even when cooked, making it suitable for Chinese and Western cuisine. From catching to processing and sales, we manage all operations in-house.
